Child of Lunacy

The observer had enough
he went North to the sea
he sat on a rock
there on the far sand shore

"Shall I jump into the sea
and end my apathy
shall I stand and shout
come waves come and take me?"

The waves started a wild dance
food for the fish, fish on the shore
come and get me, I won't resist
The lord of the sea attacked once

The grand wave engaged at him
He waited calmly for the end of his time
but a hand reached out and pulled him up
and the angel of time was smiling
and made him smile and cry for the first time
since the beginning of the Hybrid Age

And the sun found his moon
and the new eclipse brought
a new kind of child.
