Drunken Prophecies

A drunken guy yelled around
"Open your eyes fools,
open your fucking eyes,
we all are justa nothing"

The sad thing is
that no one will ever recognize
the truth in his words,
he was simply drunk they'll say

When all this is over...
everybody will say that I was wrong..
and only when this generation dies out
his words will perhaps gain value
and be understood


They are pawns,
what's right or wrong,
hey cannot know,
all they care about is how
to wake up the next day
to eat breakfast,
to go to work,
drink a fast beer
and then quickly back to bed for next day
they do not understand..

The whole thing will be over in a few years
the world will have changed
justice will be served
the time has finally come,
but the angels and prophets
fighters and mages
will become just a fairy tale
and their words after the "battle"
will be considered as drunken ramblings
but future students of history
will someday understand what we told them
and they will call us back
to kill us again
it may sound tragic
but that's what's happening since the first day
